Lost wax casting process production flow,

1. Confirm the details requests with clients, show us with drawing/ 3D mold/ Pictures or photos any one is OK.
2. Make clay mould according to the drawing, 3D mold or Pictures.
3. Silicon mould made after the clay mold confirmed.
4. Wax mould made according to the silicon mould.
5. Sand shell or sandbox made to wrapped the wax mould
6. Wax remove and bronze casting.
7. Weld and Chasing.
8. Coloring as request and Patina, wax surface.
9. Take all different views pictures and videos to show to clients, in order to get the last confirm for color, size and other details.
10. Pack into wooden cases and delivered after get satisfied feedback.
